If the ware arrived damaged or the tea did not suit you — we will exchange it or refund within 14 days of delivery.

How it works

  1. Message us on Instagram @chaynyi_dionis or by email.
  2. Attach a photo of the item and your order number.
  3. We agree on an exchange or refund — money returns to the same card within 3 business days.

Conditions

  • Tea in sealed packaging — exchange or refund.
  • Ware — unused, in original packaging.
  • If the item arrived broken — we refund the full amount, shipping included.
