I spent a long time debating which meme they remind me of more: "what's up, baldy, gonna cry?" or "what's up, big head?". Ultimately, it turns out the figurine is simply yawning because it can't wake up until it's fed some tea. Still, that doesn't make these heads any less meme-worthy.
